Beer Description
A collaboration with Backyard Beans. It’s a light roast “pour over” coffee Cream ale. A coffee beer you can see through. We steeped Backyard Beans El Salvador Natural and organic Cacao in a cream ale with Lactose. The hops give it a citrus note. The coffee and cacao give it a black pepper and green bell pepper flesh note. It’s weird and we love it.
