Beer Description
The pilsner malt is clean with just slight hints of graininess, letting the hop character dance all over the palate, and finish with a clean & refreshing note.
Saint Thomas (brewed for our friend Tom Harley of Holland & Harley Construction) is a single hop American IPA showcasing Mosaic Hops from the Yakima Valley in Washington, using all domestic pilsner malt from the pacific north west, and San Diego Super Yeast from White Labs. Living up to the name “Saint Thomas,” this beer opens up with a barrage of freshly made tropical fruit salad. Honeydew Melon, citrus, fresh green grapes and hints of under-ripe pineapple.
