In 1996, we made the first certified-organic beer. We’re not visionaries, or anything, we just thought the farmers growing barley and hops without synthetic chemicals and pesticides were putting in hard, honest work and deserved the business. We’re proud of that decision. So proud that we laid our cards on the table and called this white ale “Organika”. Fruit and spice aromas from organic coriander and orange peel give it character, while malt and wheat give it the backbone to say, “Organic!” loud and proud.
Great with Belgian moules frites (steamed, buttered mussels and French fries) or charcuterie. The crisp carbonation in Organika can cut through even the richest, creamiest dishes.
