Beer Description
Aged in red wine & bourbon barrels for 14 months. This brew uses local clover honey and two wild yeast strains. Orange color with aromas of apples, pears, and strawberries. Taste of slight pepper, straw and candied pears. Finishes with a tart funky caramel sour fruit.
