Wine Description
Our newest wine – a rotten and more sweet version of our vintage wine. Perfect for the heavier and sweeter desserts – and Christmas risalamande.
‘Late Bottled’ is made of Stevnskerry from the own plantations of the goods – primarily from the younger trees on Skælstrupmark. The carriers have the mass bear for three days, after which the pressed must is fermented on steel tanks. Normally we would bottle the wine directly from the steel tank 9-10 months after – or store it on oak barrels.
