Wine Description
A richer wine, inspired by the French method, where the wine is on the precipitate.
Our Sur Lie saves on French oak barrels ranging between 225 and 450 liters and assembled by 2-3 different years. The merging of mature and young years gives additional complexity – we get both fine, fresh fruit notes from the younger years and more complex tones from the older wine.
