Beer Description
Lighty Tart, Fruity, Spicy. Fruit forward Saison complemented by an earthy hop character. Raspberry lents itself to fruit aromatics & a strong fruit finish.
This beer was the first beer brewed on our new 10BBL system at our new Tap Room and Brewery in Plainfield, IL. It is a fruit forward dry hopped rye saison complemented by an earth hop character from Hallertau Blanc hops. The raspberry lends itself to fruity aromatics and a strong fruit finish. It is lightly tart, fruity, and full of spice flavors.
