Brewed with Seville orange peel Chinese ginger, and grains of paradise
Say hello to our Californian interpretation of a Belgian-style Lambic. This barrel-aged sour is fermented with Brettanomyces and Lactobacillus before extended (12-36 months) barrel aging in red and white wine barrels.
