Alvvays is our brand new Table Saison brewed with a fluffy blend of oats, wheat, rye, and flaked barley.
We fermented this blend with blend of agrarian and monastic Saison yeast cultures and conditioned it on top of a rustic heap of chamomile flowers.
Effervescent, floral, and spritely. Generous honey and fruit throughout, with a nice warming phenolic spice at the end. Alvvays finishes with a bright yet mild acidity that quenches the thirst, but is by no means in the realm of “sour”. Fluffy and beautiful.
