Beer Description
The hops selected for this Murky creation give the beer a ton of fruit-forward flavor, almost like Crunch Berries, with a lightly sweet finish.
We always strive to find the finest ingredients to craft our brews, and for this Murky Double IPA we went to one of the newest and most exciting malthouses we know of, Admiral Maltings in Alameda, CA. This small-batch company is California’s only CCOF (California Certified Organic Farmers) certified malting operation. We used a malt that was specially bred for California, a dry-farmed Pale malt.
