Beer Description
A complex but quaffable farmhouse ale with flavors of pineapple, apricot, and tropical funk, with an intoxicating floral aroma.
Sunshine & Opportunity is a mixed fermentation saison brewed with oats and wheat, fermented with a blend of our house brewer’s yeast, brettanomyces and lactobacillus, and aged in oak barrels and foedres. Finally, the beer is dry-hopped with a delicate touch of Citra hops for an aroma of lemon-lime and peach skin. This beer is inspired by California’s rich pioneering history. From Lewis and Clark to the Gold Rush to Hollywood and Silicon Valley, California has always attracted intrepid trailblazers seeking their chance to strike gold. We brewed this draft-only beer in that same adventurous spirit.
