Beer Description
Ludwig’s is fermented with a traditional German ale yeast strain to produce a light, refreshingly malty ale with just a touch of minerals.
FSB Member-Owner Randy Simmons hand-selects beers and breweries to participate in the annual Springboro Oktoberfest; this authentic Kolsch was created to celebrate the 2017 festivities. While the same grain and hops bills found in FSB’s 1600 are used during brewing.
