Brewed with Belgian Candi Sugar, European malts & hops, Abbey yeast and a touch of Cherrywood smoked malt for complexity.
Our 2017 Holidale is a 10.5% 27 IBU Belgian Quad. This winter warmer starts off offering the glow of amber honey in your glass. You will fall in love from the first sip, with aromas of dark fruity esters, banana, cloves and a rock candy like sweetness. The mouth feel is full bodied with flavors of caramel, sweet candy, hints of dried fruits and it finishes leaving you with a dryness of breads and biscuits, rounding out our gift to you this holiday season.
