This version of Citric Acid Trip was fermented using Brux Yeast giving this Pale Ale a cloudy tartness complimenting its effervescent citrusy drinkability.Â
Brewed with a copious amount of Citra, Mandarina Bavaria, and Palisade this bach of Citric Acid Trip was fermented with Brux Trois yeast for its distinct hazy tartness, and then finished on Mandarin Orange Zest and Fresh Grapefruit. Brux C.A.T. is a unique experience in flavors as being both light and pale while being bold and full of citrus flavors yet still refreshing and tart.
