The Fruit Truck brews are all single barrel, fresh fruited offerings only available in our tap rooms.
The first release, Peach Fruit Truck, is a barrel fermented blonde beer, re-fermented on 90# of Early Star and Desiree peaches from Seedling Farms in Michigan. Vanilla and summertime stone fruit, with medium tartness and round brett presence.
