Seven Years Blonde is a Calypso dry-hopped blonde ale named in reference to Odysseus’ seven year imprisonment by the siren, Calypso. The beer beautifully marries the hop’s bright aromatics with the fruity estery character of the yeast used to ferment the beer to create a lively, satisfying Belgo-American invention.
