Beer Description
The Double IPA was brewed with Centennial, Ella & Styrian Goldings and matured in wine barrels for 4 months.
After getting a cease and desist letter on the name Narcissus – we changed the name to Cease and Narcist. Cease and Narcist is a non traditional interpretation of a lambic blend using 60% young Double IPA with 40% 1 year old Spontalis. Spontalis is 100% spontaneously fermented (No cultured yeast or bacteria is added whatsoever) by sitting in our coolship for 16 hours and then undergoing fermentation in oak barrels.
