Beer Description
Named for Bishop Heinrich Funck, German-born, expelled from Switzerland based on the families religious beliefs. Arrived in Philadelphia in 1717 to freely practice their Mennonite faith Heinrich built and operated a grist mill in Telford, PA, which still stands today. 2018 seems to be the rise of classics, this German pils has a slightly sweet cracker start with a clean, crisp, bone dry finish.
