Beer Description
For our next installment in this limited hop series, we incorporated a flavorful hop blend of Ella, Topaz and Galaxy. The malt bill consists of Howard County grown base malts from Dark Cloud along with some flaked wheat and oats. The resulting beer will pour a hazy straw color crowned by a big white head. Aromatics of pineapple and passionfruit dominate the nose followed by an incredibly clean citrus flavor profile with a slightly dry finish.
