Made with hay from local farmers, this lager has a light, grassy aroma that compliments the lemon, fruit and floral notes from CT grown hops.
Rollie Hannan raised cattle and 3 boys who carry on the farming tradition in Woodbury and Southbury, producing milk, honey and making hay for local livestock owners. This German-style light lager is a toast to all of the salt-of-the-earth farmers like Rollie that appreciate hard work and making something with your own two hands. Made with hay right from the Hannans’ farm, this 3.8% lager has a light, grassy aroma that compliments the lemon, fruit and floral notes from the Santiam, Tahoma and Cascade hops. A perfect refreshment after a long day on the tractor.
