Beer Description
In our continued exploration into clean barrel aging we land with a beautiful and subtle expression of spirit barrels. We start with a very simple clean lager base and lay it to rest in American “barrel aged” gin barrels. The resultant liquid displays huge clean vanilla aromas, a pleasant herb bouquet, and hearty American oak scents. A round, full body and straw color are wonderful receptors for trace warming alcohol, sweet vanilla pastry, and wonderful interplay of bright bitter herbs and accommodating sweet malted barley.
