Beer Description
Trade Proof is a new 4.5% Fruited Gose. We started with a tart kettle sour base beer and bombed this beer out with strawberry, guava and apricot purée. The result is a beer reminiscent of a tart fruit smoothie. This beer is perfect for the summer heat.
Unlike our fruited beers in the past, we added the fruit just prior to canning so this beer contains fermentable sugars. This allows us to get the most character out of the fruit, but requires responsibility once these cans get in your hands! It is imperative that these cans remain cold at all times! For real!
