Loaded with tons of fresh raspberries and passionfruit, this rose-colored kettle sour is a real summer quencher. We started by souring a base of pilsner and wheat with our top-secret house lactobacillus (it’s yogurt), then finished it off with just enough fruit to hardly notice you’re drinking beer.
