Beer Description
This is our 3rd single hop double IPA. Celebrating one of Yakima Valley’s more recent varietals. Mosaic, you keep it real. So we dedicate this to you. Brewed with pilsner malt, oats, and wheat. Packed with Mosaic pellets in the WP, dry hopped twice with Mosaic and Mosaic Cryo dust pellets. Fermented with ale yeast.
