Packed with hop flavor and aroma from the Mosaic added in the whirlpool & dry hop. Now fermented with a Vermont yeast strain for added aroma and flavor!
Continuing this series with a light and fluffy session IPA single hopped with Mosaic, brewed in collaboration with our friends at the Black Sheep Ale House in Mineola. This beer is an absolute crusher at only 4.6% ABV but packed with hop flavor and aroma from the Mosaic added in the whirlpool & dry hop. Now fermented with a Vermont yeast strain for added aroma and flavor!
