Beer Description
When we traveled to hop breeder and grower Jason Perrault’s farm in 2015 HBC 638 was the experiemental variety that had the most promise. There isn’t much of it around so we used Simcoe in the boil, but the dry hop is all HBC 638. Notes of unripe pineapple, sauvignon blanc grapes, marmalade and Blenheim Apricot. Try a taste of the future.
