A traditional German Kölsch brewed with our friends at BSG craft brewing. A simple recipe of Weyermann Cologne malt and heirloom NYS hops from Pedersen Farms resulted in the perfect balance of a honey-like malt sweetness and a palate cleansing bitterness. A hint of lemon-citrus from the first wort hopping along with a touch of yeast derived fruitiness round out this classic.
