Sour saison aged in local black currants, aged in wine barrels for 11 months
Black Currant Sour is a extra-limited release of a single barrel of saison aged on hand-harvested black currants. The wild yeast on the berries was maintained, and produced an exquisitely dry, sour saison with hints of tannins and rich currant notes.
