Beer Description
Such-a-One is a classic style Berliner Weisse without the frills. We amped up the ABV to give this tart wheat ale a little more heft, but it’s still eminently approachable at 4.5%. Our house culture shines against a malt base of over 50% wheat. Tart, grainy, and refreshing, this is a good introductory sour for beer drinkers curious about the other side of the fence.
