Beer Description
The beer pours a hazy straw color with a brilliant white head. This year’s special hop blend brings in bountiful aromas of citrus and tropical fruits, dank pine and spice. A small bittering hop addition, generous late kettle additions and heavy dryhopping let the sweet malt and wheat to come to the forefront of the flavor. Half of this beer was lightly soured, and then mixed with the unsoured portion during fermentation. This remarkably sessionable beer has a light body that finishes crisp and clean making it a perfectly balanced, refreshing Summer Ale. Collaborative Release. OG 1053, IBU 22, ABV 5%
