Beer Description
We got together for a brew w/Monday Night Brewing and decided to blend our love of session beers with their vast knowledge of oak.
Aged 180 days in French Oak that once held Sauvignon Blanc, this one is a crisp French Pilsner and raw wheat based brew that flashes mellowed pepper and faintly fruity yeast character. Floral, herbal, and spicy noble hops meld with seductive aromas of asian pear, kaffir lime leaves, vanilla and flavors of lychee, gooseberry, and watermelon. Smooth mouth and a dry, mineral finish.
