Beer Description
Brewed in collaboration with our friends from Quebec’s Brasserie Dunham, Uninvisible is an American Wild Ale brewed with copious amounts of wheat, dosed with a hit of meyer lemon and fermented with our house culture. Citrus and light malt come across in the nose along with a light berry character. Lemon pith, complex acidity and unripe berries present themselves in the flavor. As it warms, some light honey-like malt makes an appearance. The finish is dry and tart, with lemony, woody notes.
