Beer Description
Rushing Duck “Research and Development" is where we get to experiment. Every batch is very different in terms of malt bill, ABV, and hop used. Each batch will showcase one specific hop. For this special Sixth Anniversary Batch, we used all Citra Hops. We used a crazy amount, just shy of 10lbs per barrel. The resulting beer is bursting with hoppy goodness.
