Beer Description
Less than 24 hours after harvest, “wet” Strata hops were shoved into this waiting pale ale. Notes of pineapple, pine & freshly mowed lawn.
This year we worked with Indie Hops out of Oregon to procure a new variety of hop called Strata. Unlike the hops we use for most of the year which have been dried & processed, these were sent to us “wet,” or straight off the trellis in the field. Less than 24 hours after harvest, these hops were shoved into a waiting pale ale. Huge notes of pineapple, pine & freshly mowed lawn.
