Cat and Cloud coffee supplies the roasty notes in this twist on the traditional stout. Graham cracker-like maltiness and warm notes of vanilla coming from both vanilla and and the bourbon barrels are enhanced by the coffee’s rich, chocolatey character. Served on nitro, the creamy mouthfeel leads into smooth, dark flavors surprising in so golden a beer.
