Beer Description
Sonder is a dry and fruit-forward Belgian Pale Ale with an imaginative, hoppy twist. An abundance of pear, guava, and green tea aroma is created through the interaction of Hallertau Blanc and Experimental 04190 hops with a select yeast strain believed to originate in Antwerp, Belgium. Both pleasantly familiar yet surprisingly new, Sonder is a refreshing take on the pale ale.
