Beer Description
Spontalis is our homage to these spontaneously fermented beers. Spontalis is 100% spontaneously fermented (no cultured yeast or bacteria is added, whatsoever) by sitting in our coolship for 16 hours and then undergoing fermentation in oak barrels.
Spontalis Classic is our interpretation of a traditional Belgian Gueuze produced by blending young and old spontaneously fermented ales.
