Compared to our previous Hazy IPAs, this beer went through a slightly different fermentation regimen with a yeast blend we have never use before. The result was a fruitier flavor and softer mouthfeel. The Citra, Vic Secret, El Dorado hop combo produced a flavor profile balancing over ripened tropical fruits and orange creamsicles.
