Beer Description
A little bit of sweet, a little bit of heat, and a little bit of tart! After the kettle sour period, this beer is dosed with over 100 pounds of peach puree, then transferred to another tank with 25 jalapenos. After a few days of picking up heat and flavor from the jalapenos, the beer is removed from the pepper at just the right time to avoid picking up too much spiciness. While there are many flavors going on in this beer, the aim was for the flavors to balance each other naturally and not assault the palate.
