Beer Description
Open Water is brewed with two row base malt with a small amount of Munich and wheat. It was hopped with a small amount of Chinook, Simcoe, Amarillo and Citra on the hot side and dry hopped with a bunch of Galaxy, Citra and Simcoe. Open Water was fermented with California ale yeast for a clean fermentation to allow the hop flavor to dominate the profile. This beer pulls from the neutral malt and yeast profile of traditional west coast style IPA, with out the bittering associated with that style
