We are seeing what we can do with them, creating future memories. Extremely fruity, driven heavily by intense citrus and ripe pineapple. Fermented with an isolated yeast strain from traditional Norwegian farmhouse cultures, this IPA base is an insight into the diversity of fermentation to unlock radical flavors in seemingly narrow lanes.”
