Beer Description
Hop Stand: AU Summer Dry Hop 1: NZ Motueka, Azacca Dry Hop 2: Azacca, Mosaic Schemin and dreamin of a soft, fruity, dry IPA with with Ray at Yonkers Brewing we came up with this Brut. Dry, yes, but with a generous mouthfeel and big on hop and fruit derived tropical juicy flavors. Guava up front, with layers of stone fruit, honeysuckle, and a light citrus acidity. White bread base with cream of wheat malt flavor leads to a light, airy finish.
