Marz King Kona Coconutz

The Great King Kona, silent partner, beverage consultant, and coconut magnate, charged us with making a libation designed to fit his needs as he goes for his morning perambulation through his lush coconut groves. And so we did, brewing an Imperial Stout rich enough to add more luster to his mane of hair, and with enough of a coffee kick to ensure he has the energy needed to personally inspect each coconut. And wouldn’t you know it: the coconuts found their way into this coffeed-out concoction! A similar base Imperial Stout as that of Funnel Cake Sundae, we then ran freshly toasted coconuts through a hop back, ensuring maximum liquid exposure, before adding fresh Dark Matter coffee into the mix.
