A perfect companion for a quiet fall afternoon on the patio, this bright, fruity sour was conditioned on hundreds of pounds of apricot to impart a deep, balanced apricot character. Flavors of strawberry and tangerine contributed by our Lacto blend combine with subtle floral aromas and a hint of brown sugar on the finish to provide balance to this tart, hazy ale.
