Beer Description
Kveik yeasts were cultured from a few farmhouse breweries in Norway. These yeast ferment at nearly 100 degrees, yet remain clean & citrusy. They fermented this IPA at body temp & dry hopped there too with Mosaic, Citra & Simcoe. The beer is beautifully aromatic from amazing extraction of hop oils at the warm temperature.
