Beer Description
We have little shame in our love of Citra hops, and Tropical Serenade is yet another continuation of our infatuation. We brewed up this IPA with Maris Otter malt to give a nice bready base for the ensuing onslaught of juicy orange and mango hop-derived notes. Jumping in the mix with all that Citra is a bit of Eureka hops to kick off thick peach and dank flavors and give a more resinous sticky mouthfeel. Tropical Serenade is our liquid lullaby sent to taps to put to bed this past crop year of the most excellent Citra hops as we rub our hands together with anticipation for our new year of Citra to drop into tanks
