Beer Description
When an old-world Belgian Style Strong Golden Ale meets an abundance of Tarrytown-grown hops.
Crafted with our in-house Belgian yeast strain and a substantial percentage of this year’s hop harvest, “Toby” is a Belgian IPA that balances East-Coast hoppyiness with, smooth Belgian flavor. “Toby,” like its namesake, is a blend of traditional Europe and modern America. We think it is our most complex ale to date and we hope you enjoy the layers of flavor we crafted into each sip.
