Beer Description
For our next installment in this limited hop series, we featured Mosaic and Meridian hops. The relatively simple malt bill consists of whole and flaked oats, white wheat, and pilsner. The resulting beer will pour a hazy orange body crowned by a big white head. Aromatics of mango and orange zest dominate the nose followed by a smooth apricot infused mouthfeel.
