This years batch utilized freshly pressed Cabernet Franc juice from Croteax Vineyards . A multigrain bill of malted and raw grain lends complexity as well as a special blend of saison yeast to ferment this beer wine hybrid. This beer straddles the line between wine and beer, the cab franc juice makes up more than 45% of the total fermentables.
