Beer Description
The result is an 11.5% puckering sour beer with no fusel alcohol bite that one might expect from the higher ABV.
The first in our series of sours, Aloha starts as our Gentleman Stout, but takes a distinct turn to the wild side as it is aged on fresh pineapple and fed generous doses of sour inducing bacteria.
